Chateau Colo
About this location
The old chateau sits half-swallowed by the hillside, its red brick facade and crenellated turret still defiant beneath creeping vines and weathered masonry. A dark iron gate opens onto stairs that vanish into shadow, while other brick stairways climb the overgrown slopes toward boarded windows and a steep slate roof. The grounds are quiet and sunlit, tall dry grass and ivy reclaiming the terraces, and a metallic silo rises beside the decaying manor like a forgotten sentinel. It’s a place of faded grandeur, where every arched entrance and rusted railing leads only deeper into neglect.
