Depot RN

About this location

Behind the rusted chain-link fence, the old depot’s red brick facade is slowly being swallowed by dense greenery, its dark multi-paned windows staring out onto a sunny, forgotten yard. Inside, the main hall opens into a vast, desolate space under a heavy grid of concrete beams, where graffiti tags crawl across the white walls and a lone red cabinet stands sentinel by a central pillar. Dust lies thick on the concrete floor, broken only by a long drain grate running the length of the hall, while rows of tall windows let in the only light that reaches this silent, decaying interior.
