Time has not been kind to this former children's convalescent home near Bayreuth. Inside, the wards are gutted shells where broken hospital beds and scattered debris lie beneath layers of graffiti, while hallways are lined with white tags and shattered glass. The pool remains the most haunting relic—its tiled floor now littered with rubble under a ceiling that's slowly caving in. Even the bathrooms have surrendered to decay, with sinks torn from the walls and paint peeling in thick sheets. It's the kind of place where every room tells the same story of neglect, yet the scale of it still catches you off guard.
