Parc Avenue is a sun-bleached graveyard of mid-century concrete, where a long, weed-split track climbs a grassy hill past graffiti-covered walls and a rusted metal ramp jutting from a low, flat-roofed block with dark, empty bays. Down in the overgrowth, an abandoned pool holds stagnant green-brown water beside cracked white edging, while a derelict curved building—tagged "FLM" and missing its walls—stands under a stark blue sky near a rusting sign frame that still reads "GERE." Elsewhere, a peeling pale-blue channel slants down into the brush, and a grimy corridor with a low paneled ceiling and central ramp is smothered in layers of vivid paint, its metal railing catching harsh daylight from the open end. The whole site feels like a bright, desolate relic—decaying surfaces, scattered rubble, and graffiti everywhere, but no one left to read it.
