Bunker Eagle
About this location
Bunker Eagle sits rotting into the Pas-de-Calais landscape, its weathered concrete façade half-swallowed by brambles and a dirt path worn up to the open doorway. Inside, the curved corridor is a riot of yellow, blue, and purple spray paint slapped over stained, peeling walls, with rusted metal supports buckling under years of damp and neglect. The floor is bare earth strewn with debris, uneven underfoot, and a short staircase climbs the right wall toward shadow. Dark doorways gape at the far end, swallowing the weak light and pulling you deeper into a space that feels both claimed by artists and abandoned to decay.
