Maison Saphir

About this location

Maison Saphir is a house that time simply walked away from, each room holding its own frozen moment—a lace-draped dining table still cluttered with dishes, an attic stacked with forgotten books and a daybed with yellowed bedding, and a child's bedroom where a teddy bear waits on rumpled sheets. Dust and debris coat the floors, peeling walls and dim light deepen the gloom, and scattered toys and ceramics lie exactly where they were left. The decay reaches the outside as well, where a mossy, rusted balcony overlooks a thicket of overgrown bushes and trees slowly reclaiming the property. It's a quiet, eerie abandonment, the kind of place that feels less like a ruin and more like a paused life.
